Before you begin
Is it made with AI?
Yes, and that’s why it looks like them. AI draws your family from your photos in the style you pick; you see every page, edit any word and ask for redraws before we print. Your photos are never used to train AI and are deleted 30 days after delivery, or after 60 days if you don’t order.
What happens to children’s photos?
Only upload with their parent or guardian’s permission. Photos stay private, are never used to train AI and are deleted 30 days after delivery, or after 60 days if you don’t order.
What if the likeness isn’t right?
Choose between two portraits of your star, then correct the photo or details. Your 3 portrait redraws are shared by your whole crew before ordering. You can edit every finished page before printing.
When will it arrive?
Order by 13 December for Christmas delivery. If it has not arrived by 24 December, we refund you and you keep the book.
Can I cancel?
Yes, until printing starts. Cancel for a full refund before we print. Afterwards, anything wrong or damaged is reprinted free.
What do I see before paying?
Your family’s portraits and cover, then a story card with thirteen scenes. Confirm your email and we draw two story pages too. No card needed.
