Order by the last order date for your country and approve your book within 12 hours of us sending it. If it doesn’t arrive by 24 December, we refund the full price. You keep the digital copy, and if you still want the printed book we send it at no charge.

Free reprint for any fault

If your book arrives damaged, misprinted or with a mistake we made, send us a photo within 30 days. We reprint it with express delivery, free, without asking you to return anything.

You see everything first

Nothing is printed until you’ve seen every page. If a page isn’t right, ask for a change and we redraw it. If you don’t reply within 12 hours of receiving your proof, we print it as shown so it isn’t delayed. You can always ask us for more time.
