When can I order?

Ordering for Our Wedding Anniversary opens soon. You can make the book now and see your characters, the cover and two pages free; leave your email and we will write the day it opens.

Can children make it for their parents?

Yes, and it is one of the most loved ways to use it. Tell the story of your parents from what you know, add old photos, and put the whole family in the story.

Which anniversaries is it for?

Any of them: the first (paper) anniversary, the 10th, the silver 25th, the ruby 40th, the golden 50th, the diamond 60th, or a year that matters just to you.

Do we need old photos?

No, though they help. One to three photos of each person are enough. Or build them in the character maker.

What if they don’t look right?

You see the couple, the cover and two pages free before you order. Say what to change and we redraw it. You check every page before we print, with 12 hours to ask for changes.

Can we write it ourselves?

You give us the moments in a few lines each; we write the pages in your words and you can change any line before printing.

Can we send copies to the rest of the family?

Yes. Extra copies cost from £18, and we post them to other addresses for £3 each.

What happens to our photos?

They are used only to draw your book and never to train AI. We delete them 30 days after your book is delivered, and drafts that are never ordered after 60 days.

What if it arrives damaged?

Send us a photo and we reprint it free, and the same for any mistake we made.

Where do you deliver?

To addresses in the United Kingdom and the United States, printed in the country it goes to. We can’t deliver anywhere else yet.

Can I cancel?

Yes, until we print. If you are not happy with the finished pages, cancel before we print and we refund you in full. Once it is printed, a book made for your family can’t be returned, but anything damaged or wrong on our side is reprinted free.
